I moved.

In June of 2025 I packed up all my things (as well as my cat, Bella) and drove to Phoenix, Arizona.

I had no intention of every leaving the San Francisco Bay Area, I planned on calling it home for the rest of my life. Until I met my girlfriend, Amanda. We had been dating for only half a year and we wanted to stop the long distance. It was a hard decision but felt so right. We have been dating for over a year now and although life throws many curve balls we have come out stronger and better understand ourselves. I thank her for the motivation and continued support through my career, mental health, and prayers she has given me.

I started my career long before I knew that it was going to be. When I was a kid I would always take my families digital camera and take all of the photos. A lot of those photos are long gone and don’t have a way of getting them back but those early years of taking pictures taught me so much. I learned about art. I learned how to tell a story and how to frame what I saw. Eventually, I learned how to take videos on these cameras and adults phones. From then on, all I wanted to do was take videos and capture everything I (was allowed and) loved. It showed a beautiful way of showing how young Alec saw the world.
